Transport for London has been a client for TSOC since 1999; our work with this changing organisation has been wide and varied, in supporting its people through political change and funding issues. Our delivery has included (among many other assignments):

Coaching the COO
Facilitation and one-to-one coaching with the top-team-designate during the PPP transition
Organisational Coaching for the COO and three management levels within Operations; we worked with participants fortnightly, to build urgency and implement service delivery plans. Over a 10-month period, they achieved their best performance period in seven years
Communication workshops and scribed poster creation for the Operational Support function, to enhance their understanding each workstream within the 600-strong division
Performance Improvement work with the Operation Support top team, through coaching and facilitation
